SPCC is proud to offer something genuinely rare in the specialty coffee world: wild-grown, organic coffee from the highlands of Fiji. Our trees aren’t planted or farmed —
they grow naturally in Fiji’s forests, and every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness. No plantations. No chemicals. Just pure, wild Pacific coffee.

Beyond Fiji, we also source unique and exciting origins from across the South Pacific, including Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu — some of the world’s most distinctive and underrepresented coffee-growing regions.

At SPCC, we’re committed to quality and integrity at every step of the journey — from harvesting and processing through to roasting and brewing — ensuring the process benefits everyone involved, from the communities in the Pacific to the final cup your customers enjoy.
